Hi everyone,
Like I mentioned in the previous email, VSA's Board will hold an event for members who will stay in Columbia during the break, which is the Christmas Secret Santa. This event will be on Thursday, Dec 22nd ,2011 at anh Dung Nguyen & Nhan Le's house (607 TARA), from 5PM - 8PM.
Event description: Each attendee will give a Christmas present to another one who also attends the event. Names of givers and gift receivers are going to be chosen randomly by Board members (those not participating in the event) :"> The minimum amount is $10 and maximum amount for a present is $20.
THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT IS THURSDAY DEC 15, 2011. AFTER THAT, THE RANDOM DRAWING WILL BE MADE AND EACH PARTICIPANT WILL BE CONTACTED PRIVATELY ABOUT WHO THEY RECEIVED.
To all attendees: Please prepare the gift before Wed, Dec 21st, and anh Nhan Le (undergrad) will come to pick them up. We will gather in one location to open the presents and party for the night.
