Dear Land Owner,
The BCO National Land Bank was set up by Burkes & Company to act as a free resource for people like you. The BCO Land bank is a FREE register available to landowners throughout the UK.
When you join the land bank you will be asked several questions about your land. The more you are prepared to tell us the better we can be of assistance but most of the questions we ask are straightforward and all are, of course, answered at your discretion. All information is held privately by us and will not be provided to any third parties without your explicit consent.
As a BCO LAND BANK member, you will be able to select a variety of services available to members. You may just wish to join the group and register your land with us as available. You are welcome to do this.
Alternatively, you might like to take advantage of our FREE developer introduction service. If this service is selected by you, we will periodically distribute a summary of the details of your land (excluding personal contact details & confidential information) to selected developers and house builders in your area. You can change this preference at any time by logging into the group and changing your profile. We will then give you the option to contact third parties that express and interest in your site.
At Burkes & Co we believe that every square metre of 'brown field' land that is developed in the UK is a square metre of green belt saved. To this end, the BCO National Database has been created to allow land owners to:
(1) Take advantage of our free marketing service. This is an optional service and NO COMMISSION or other charges will be payable by our landowner members. You may change your personal preferences or leave the database at any time with the click of a button.
(2) All members of the BCO National land bank will have free access to the BCO FORUM & NEWSLETTER which is coming soon. This will become a valuable, living resource, allowing members to swap experiences and learn from the mistakes of others!
(3) As part of our ongoing business development, we intend to provide periodic seminars on subjects that may be useful to members. This group is our primary system for delivering this service to our members.
Alternatively, if you would like an initial, no obligation, consultation, please contact Mark Burkes on 0845 680 1889. We would be pleased to appraise your site and give you our initial views on development feasibility. We can also offer you a variety of services including submitting planning applications, producing plans for development and/or marketing the site on your behalf. We can also help to secure funding for development projects.
We hope that this service will result in more of our under-utilized urban landscape being efficiently developed to the greater public good and the mutual benefit of the community and land owners.
