Background: Within 10 years research shows digital technology is going to make many jobs redundant. Big data with artificial intelligence is already developed to offer driverless cars. From taxi drivers to lawyers, these traditional jobs will either not exist or be radically different from what they are today. The current education systems are not doing enough to prepare our children for their future careers.
Agenda: In this talk the International School of Central Switzerland (ISOCS) will discuss how education systems need to change and what are the critical success factors for making this change happen. It is implementing change with an Entrepreneurship Curriculum that better prepares children in Zug for their future careers. Included will be a discussion on how teaching as a job is already affected by digital technology and what changes ISOCS is making to help teachers change their job role.
