Trans/Gender Awareness Week

Trans/Gender Awareness Week 2012
November 19th-25th

Our aim is to raise awareness of gender, focusing on identity, respect and understanding.

There will be a stall in the union all week providing educational information about transgender issues. Additionally, we will be answering any questions and fundraising for our chosen charity.

We're very excited to say that we have organised a series of public lectures during this week; centering around key trans* issues. Please don't be shy, absolutely everyone is welcome.

If you're unsure where these will be, please contact us by email on huulgbt[@] and a time/place to meet can be arranged.

If you'd like to help out on the stall during the day, or require any further information please don't hesitate to contact us.

We'd love to see you there!
