Crank up your system with plyometrics, quick resistance training, ab and core work. Yes, it'll be intense but together we will push through our limits and get through this challenge. 

You will build lean muscle, improve your power output,  strength and speed within less than an hour of an all max workout. Ready to rock and make your trainer proud?




*Since this is an high intensity class, please check with your doctor if it's ok for you to participate should you be injured.

THE SCOOP

  • Single drop in session HKD 80 (For this option , please arrive 10-15 minutes before to settle cash payment)
  • 5x session card HKD 360 (average HKD 72/session), advance payment (for payment details, contact Lory under lmartin@mynamecomm.net )

Workout is every Thursday either in Happy Valley Infield Pitch 7

Sign up before you come. 

Register up to one day ahead of time. Can’t make it? Cancel your booking 2 hours before the class starts.

Don’t be late.  

Please be on time unless you like doing penalty reps given with tough love. Try to be there and ready at least 5 minutes before class starts

WHAT TO BRING

- In your first lesson: completed registration and liability waiver (download here)
- Workout clothes which won't restrict your movement

- A small towel for respiration

- Enough water. The entire class will be dripping by the end of the session.
