This is a group for those who suffer from public speaking anxiety. We provide a non-judgmental environment where you can practice speaking in front of a group, overcome your fears, and develop your skills. It's for people who aren't quite ready for Toastmasters or want more exposure than they provide. We don't have any "ah" counters (unless you request it).
The group is also good for people who get anxious during job interviews, since it gives you a chance to practice your presentation and personal sales pitch.
The Denver Speak Easy Club is free to join and free to participate in the group activities. The meeting room is usually $10 an hour, so we'll ask you to chip in one or two dollars for that.
