About the SDVC

The Slope Day Volunteer Committee is a sub-committee of the Slope Day Programming Board. We start with a small group of students who meet during the academic year to recruit, train and schedule volunteers for Slope Day. In the recent past, the number of SDVC volunteers has ranged from 500-800 students, staff and faculty. SDVC student, staff and faculty volunteers are responsible for a variety of different tasks, ranging from gate and fence coverage, water distribution, to assisting the police and CU EMS in identifying potential safety concerns.
