Do you find yourself wondering if there’s more to personality styles than J vs. P, temperament, behaviors styles or Jung’s 8 Cognitive Processes?
Have you struggled to understand the motives in other’s thinking when you interact with them? Are you ready to makes sense of how we think about the world and what unconsciously biases our communication?
This session is an introduction to the four essential Cognitive Style patterns (Enhancing, Customizing, Authenticating and Orchestrating). You’ll learn basic patterns of each style, what motivates each style, and how we can use them to see thinking-biases in our communication.
Christopher Montoya is an organizational training manager, type expert, human resources trainer and online course creator. He's the founder of Create Career Clarity - a course to help people get clear on their career focus for maximum satisfaction, and the co-author of Cognitive Styles Personality Types with Dr. Linda Berens. He’s presented his research and training around the world for Cognitive Styles at the Association for Psychological Type International conferences, European Association of Psychological Type, live workshops and has authored articles about Cognitive Styles, available on his website at ChrisMontoya.net.
