It is strongly recommended that participants purchase StrengthsFinder 2.0 by Tom Rath. There is a code at the back of the book to take the online assessment to identify their top 5 strengths as defined by Gallup’s research. You may also purchase a code online to receive your top 5 report by clicking here. Participants will gain the most if they know their MBTI type.
Meeting discussion will allow time for participants to reflect on their own results, and for the group to share insight they’ve gained from the readings.
