The 21st century moves at a pace not even Ferris Bueller could imagine. This has led to a desire for faster ways of connecting with each other in the workplace. Many companies are using the DiSC model to assess different work styles and promote self-awareness and social-awareness, bridging communication gaps and working more effectively together.
DiSC is comprised of 4 key work styles Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Participants will complete the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment in advance and bring the report to the session. Angela will review the 4 work styles and how this model can be used to improve communication with others of varying styles.
Special notes about the assessment:
Anyone who previously completed the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment should bring your report and will not need to pay for the assessment. DiSC Classic is a different version.
If you purchase the assessment and complete it we will not be able to supply refund for a no show. Incomplete assessments may qualify for a refund if you are unable to attend.
Angela Moustis - People Development Manager at Cars.com Angela is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential in their careers. This passion led her to seek a Master’s degree in Training & Development and change careers in 2012. She develops and facilitates dynamic training programs on a range of topics such as leadership development, performance management, public speaking and career planning. Angela also works to bridge work style and communication gaps using assessments such as DiSC and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is able to do all of this and more in her current role heading up the internal development school known as CarsU.
