Do you ever struggle with effective communications with individuals with Sensing and Judging preferences?  Could you benefit from coaching when dealing with SJ clients, colleagues or friends? Jerry will coach us and give us tips to live by.  We will reserve time at the end to get some of your questions answered.

Most of the people drawn to the MBTI have an Intuitive preference.  If you are one of those, you may enjoy and learn valuable tips from an ISTJ Master Practitioner.

Jerry Black, our long-time member, presented this workshop at the APTi 2015 conference and now he is bringing his presentation to ChAPT!

Jerry Black works with corporate groups that are heavily populated by SJs; connecting with the SJ temperament comes naturally to him. Come learn to turn on the secret of success with SJs.  We encourage SJs to attend for input and an opportunity to be "embraced."

Jerry Black, JD, is an MBTI master practitioner from Chicago that has been using type since 1992 when he transitioned from law practice to consulting.  He focuses on leadership and team development.  Jerry has delivered programs in 44 states and Canada (still waiting and anxious for Hawaii), and has made presentations at five APTi conferences.  Jerry was an APTi board member for five years, and chaired the 2013 APTi conference.  He likes to describe his current status as “ReBowing” – that’s Retired, But Optionally Working.    His motto is “Joy is feeling free to be yourself, and appreciatively sharing your gifts with others.”
