Committee of Friends DFW is an organization made up of dedicated friends residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington Metropolitan Statistical Area of North Texas as designated by the United States Census as of 2003.
 
The 12 counties of membership are Collin, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant and Wise.
This area may be referred to as the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex or DFW.
