"Chenrezig Teaching and Practice " - with Khaydroup Zangmo
May 9, 2020 Saturday 10:30 am - 4:30 pm PDT (12:30 - 2:30 pm lunch break)
This event will be held ONLINE in order to adhere to the social distancing guidelines.
During this pandemic crisis, we are encouraged by His Holiness, the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa to do the Chenrezig practice. Khaydroup will be teaching and leading us in this very profound practice to generate love, compassion and wisdom within us. The Chenrezig practice entails the visualization of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, who is the embodiment of love, wisdom and compassion together with mantra recitation and meditation. By doing the practice, we train to generate these qualities within ourselves to ultimately guide our minds into the absolute state of Bodhichitta.
No one turned away for lack of funds
