Group Best Practice for Safe Cycling

Plan to be self-sufficient in case of the unexpected!

Bring a map of the area, wet/cold weather clothing and something to eat and drink. Also a
basic tool kit including spare inner tube, puncture repair outfit and pump.

The rides are free but you will be asked to join the CTC after your 5th ride.
