Just a quick heads up that last months final scores have been archived and are now available to view on the website, this months league is now also on the website and the notice board at Medway Park. The league finishes on the 16th June.
Please note that the scoring system for the league is now PAR 15 unless the 2 players agree to play english scoring prior to the match, if no agreement is made then par 15 is to be used.

It is with great sadness that we say farewell to a family that have been fantatstic additions to the club for many years as Julia & Graeme Taylor-French complete their relocation to live in Italy next week. Many of us have seen both Julia and Graeme's girls Lily and Lotti grow from small squash phenoms into two beautiful and extremely talented young ladies and all four will be a real loss to the club. We wish them all well in ther contiued adventures and Julia and Graeme would like to invite anyone wishing to have a drink and say goodbye's at the Star Pub, Gillingham on Bank Holiday Monday 6th May from 6pm onwards. It would be really good to have a good turnout.
Thursday 4th April saw the mouth watering final between Barry Watson and Sam Millett. The match got off to a very even start. Sam finally winning the first game 9-4, despite Barry being 3-0 up. We knew then that this match would be very close.
Sure enough the second game started with Sam 4-0 up but Barry won it 9-6.
The third game was no less competitive but Sam just couldn`t win the points when it mattered and Barry won it convincingly 9-1 much to Sam`s frustration.
The fourth game was almost a mirror image of the third with Sam finally winning it 9-3.
Up to this point both players had made few errors and both players had been stretching to get to shots which looked impossible to get to. At 2 games all, it was all down to the fifth game and they kept up the incredibly high standard with Sam eventually winning it 9-5.
There was no doubt these were the 2 best players in the club playing out a fantastic final.

Our very own Kenny 'Mad Scot' Hyatt is bravely donning the boxing gloves on the 30th March 2019 at the Kent Event Centre, Kent Show Ground, Deitling in a White Collar Boxing match raising money for Cancer Research UK.
If any of our members want to donate to this worthy cause this can be done via the following link:
We're looking to see if we can raise enough people to book VIP tables which are £42 per ticket. If you are interested please let me know as soon as possible so that we can gauge numbers. Either text me on 07795516456 or email on email@example.com
The doors for VIP's open at 4.30pm and the dress code for this event is smart so a minimum of shirt, tie, trouser and shoes for chaps. No jeans, chinos. Dress to impress!
Just a quick heads up to let you all know that the Final scores of last months league have now been archived and the new league is now out on the website, a hard copy will be put on the notice board at Medway Park over the next coupe of days. The league finishes on the 3rd March 2019.

We have been informed by the Army that court 2 will be out of use on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th January as the floor is being repaired following some blood staining. The work is being conducted on Wednesday but the floor needs 48 hours to dry.
On Wednesday 16th there is a Kent League match being played so both remaining courts will be used for this between 7.30 - 10.00pm.
On Thursday 17th we should have full use of 2 courts assuming no Army personnel arrive.
