Our site is expanding in scope. Previously, this website was focused on coordinating events in the Austin area. However, coordinators have stepped up in the Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio areas. Long standing backer, Traz Ion has paired with Zunthras to get the ball rolling in Dallas/FtWorth. And, Anchor654 and MechTechnal are working as the Houston team! And, Xevious and Draacs are coordinating the San Antonio meetups! If I missed anyone please let me know!
So, this website will slowly evolve into "TexasBarCitizens.com" Coordinators will be granted access so they can send group email to backers in their respective areas as well as to all member for significant events they host.
Why (you might ask)? Because, this site has a lot of capabilities built in. Any of the coordinators can easily send out email to all in their group, or to everyone. It has the ability for RSVP for events, to receive payments, etc. And, we have all already been using the site - so, any coordinator that needs assistance can get it from another who can log in and walk them through the process.
Our whole "enterprise" is founded on being low key, low drama, "we are all equals," and "let's just have fun." Having us all work together in one place keeps us all connected and supportive as coordinators which will enable us all to do our own thing - while at the same time - have others ready to assist at any time.
I'm hoping we can attract someone(s) from the El Paso area to step up and assist with coordinating Bar Citizen events!
An email will be forthcoming once the changes are complete. So, far some minor changes have been made and the "TexasBarCitizens.com" domain name has been acquired.
Best regards,
Your Texas Bar Citizen coordinators!
