Dear Member

It is a pleasure to inform you that HM Ambassador to Albania Duncan Norman, has agreed to address the AAA on Wednesday 10 May at 6.30pm.

Having arrived in Tirana in summer of last year, he will share with us his first impressions of Albania as Ambassador, and his view on the current situation in the country.  This is a time of heightened political interest, as parliamentary elections are due to be held on 18 June.  Mr Norman will touch on both internal and external political issues concerning Albania, and his talk will be followed by Q and A.

The event will be held at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies in Bloomsbury (address:  16 Taviton Street, London WC1H 0BW).  Ambassador Duncan Norman will give his talk in the Masaryk Senior Common Room on the fourth floor.

Refreshments will follow the Q and A.

Please indicate whether you wish to attend.

Best wishes,

Stephen
