A wiki is a simple way to allow group members to share and work together on content. Wikis can be a very powerful tool for working together. "Wiki" is a Hawaiian word for "fast".

The key features of a wiki are:
- It's easy to allow anyone to edit and create pages. By default all group members can create and edit any page - you can change this in the wiki settings or individually when editing each page.
- Creating new pages is easy - just add a link on an existing page and the new page is automatically created.
- A full history of all page edits is kept automatically - so you don't have to worry about giving other people full access to edit the wiki or losing information. This makes wikis a very powerful tool for collaboration.
- You can attach files and insert maps and pictures to pages in your GroupSpaces wiki, making it a good way to share information with your group's committee or members.
Creating pages and adding links
To add a link from one page to another, just type the title of the page you want to link to inside double square brackets - for example type “[[mypage]]” to create a link to the page at http://groupspaces.com/Amazoninventorymanagement/wiki/mypage.
It doesn't matter if you link to a page that doesn't exist yet, you will be prompted to create it when you follow the link. Links to pages that don't yet exist appear in red so you can easily find them.
Another way to create a page is just to type the address of a new page into the address bar – you can use any page address that starts http://groupspaces.com/Amazoninventorymanagement/wiki/. You can then link to pages you've created from other pages by using double square brackets as described above.
At any time you can access a list of all pages by title, all pages by URL or most recent changes via the links at the top of each page.
