Subsidiary Types

There are three kinds of Subsidiary. They are named after the Phases, not according to when they joined but based on their characteristics. There won't be P2 Subsidiaries in Phase one, or P3 Subsidiaries during Phase 2, however.

P1 Subsidiary

  • Can be "fake", not ever actually providing a product or service
  • Do not pay fees
  • Have 1 share/vote in Conglomerate decision-making and drafting of the Phase Constitutions

P2 Subsidiary

  • Must actually provide a product or service
  • Do pay fees
  • Have 1 share/vote in Conglomerate decision-making and drafting of the Phase Constitutions

P3 Subsidiary

  • "Irresponsible Entities" as defined by the people via the current Constitution
  • "Strategically Consumed" by the Conglomerate
  • Worker-ownership (WSDE) enforced
  • Each worker has 1 share/vote in Conglomerate decision-making and drafting of the next Constitution

It's important to understand that a P1 Subsidiary can join in any Phase. If a P1 Subsidiary joins in P3, it just has the powers/restrictions of a P1 Subsidiary. Simple enough?
