Download the registration form here.  Come enjoy an evening including 9-holes of golf and dinner at Golden Oaks Golf Club to support the 3 Point Goal Organization in their spring fundraising campaign. 
Register an entire foursome or just one or two players and we will complete your team.  This is not a competitive tournament, there are no prizes offered for scores.  Play will be scramble format because of time considerations.

Dinner will follow golf.  Dinner selections are outlined on the registration form;  you will choose your dinner selection on the registration form.  Meal only guests, we estimate golf to be finishing between 6:15-6:30pm.
