SU 180 Degrees is the founding branch of the 180 Degrees Consulting, an emerging international non-profit student consultancy that works with non-profit organisations to improve operations and results. The society has three main activities; social impact consultancy, IdeaGeneration (mini think-tanks) and project management.
The society’s DebtSwap idea was acclaimed by PM Kevin Rudd as one of the 2020 Summit’s top ideas. 180 Degrees were also highly commended for the Best New Club and Small Club Categories at the 2008 USU Awards night.
